About this site

This website is operated by Jerome Idaho Fence Pros, 154 1st Ave E, Jerome, ID 83338. By using it you agree to these terms.

Pricing information is not a quote

Cost figures, ranges, tables, and calculator results on this site are researched estimates for the Magic Valley area, published to help you budget. They are not offers, quotes, or binding prices. Your price depends on your property — footage, gates, access, slope, soil, and how much old fence has to come out. A binding price comes only from a written estimate after we measure on site.

Code, permit, and legal information

This site describes fence height limits, permit thresholds, and Idaho statutes as we understand them at the date shown on each page, with sources cited where possible. Requirements change, and they differ between the City of Jerome, other cities, and the counties. Nothing here is legal advice. Confirm requirements for your specific parcel with the building department that covers it before you build, and consult an attorney for questions about property lines, shared fences, or liability.

Use of the site

You may read, print, and share pages from this site for your own non-commercial use. Content, photographs, and the logo remain the property of Jerome Idaho Fence Pros and may not be republished commercially without permission.

Links to other sites

We link to outside sources — municipal pages, statutes, published cost data — to show where our information comes from. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Jerome Idaho Fence Pros is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from work we are contracted to perform. Work we perform is governed by the written agreement for that work.
